Who we are
We work with charities, social enterprises, and other value-driven organisations to support business development, commissioning, and fundraising through evaluation and impact reporting.

Community Impact helps organisations move beyond simply collecting and reporting data, towards using it as a strategic tool to build organisational and community capacity. We do this by:

-
Showing charities how to use evaluation data operationally to support service and programme delivery
-
Supporting performance and programme improvement
-
Using data to inform business development and strengthen funding bids
-
Identifying how service users go on to play active roles in their communities — and linking this back to the original service offer
We initially explored becoming a Community Interest Company (CIC) and secured related domain names to protect the identity and ensure public access to our work. However, given the nature of our offer and our focus on supporting small charities with limited resources, we decided formal CIC registration was not necessary at this stage. We're currently in the process of updating our branding and domains, but for now we're still using the original CIC-linked web address.

Our model remains the same: we develop and share tools, templates, and learning resources for free. These are open to all and designed to strengthen the wider voluntary and community sector. All delivery support is delivered independently, on a consultancy basis.
