Our evaluation toolkits are designed to take organisations delivering grant-funded and commissioned services through the evaluation cycle - from design to implementation, and on to reporting. Each toolkit contains evaluation tools as well as practical 'how to' guides to help organisations delivering services to design and carry out meaningful evaluation. The focus is on the generation of good quality impact data that is both operationally useful for service deliverers, and supports business development and funding. Our toolkits are based on practical evaluation experience and are tailored to specific areas of delivery. Each toolkit is written in plain English and designed to support small and less well-resourced charities to collect useful data, understand impact, and use findings to improve delivery, strengthen strategy, and communicate outcomes with confidence.
