This toolkit helps advice and advocacy services build evaluation into everyday practice. It is structured around six stages of the evaluation cycle: data audit, outcomes and measurement design, evaluation strategy, tool design, analysis, and reporting. Each stage has its own section in the toolkit (left), with clear instructions and ready-to-use tools. By following the cycle step by step, services can design, collect, analyse, and report meaningful evidence of the difference they are making for clients.
