A model 1-1 mentoring strategy
This model strategy is a technical document for organisations developing or reviewing a one-to-one mentoring evaluation strategy. It provides a worked example of how a full strategy can be structured, including the evidence base, model theory of change, dyadic mechanisms of change, evaluation themes, data collection, and reporting approach.
The document is detailed by design. It is not a short guide or checklist. It should be used as a reference model that organisations can draw from when developing their own strategy, adapting the structure, wording, themes, and measurement approach to fit their own mentoring model, delivery context, commissioner requirements, and reporting needs.
